Table‡Tshows the example of the ideal transparency numbers obtained through TOYO-SUN photo sensor at each nozzle horizontally, (No.1`No.6) and at each density from 0.1 to 1.0 percent vertically. By finding out the numbers as shows in the table‡Tin their spray headers at hot rolling oil system. They can fulfill the most efficient plate-out evenly with minimum oil consumption. The each number indicates the volume of plate-out indirectly. If unevenness of number horizontally, the uneven spray is done in density or mixing grade.

For example, in case of 1.5 percent in density, the plate-out of 0.042g in weight at 25Ž of water temp. is extremely changed to that of 0.125g in weight at 10Ž of water temp., that is to say, this is three times the weight of plate-out at 25Ž of water temp. however you should consider what evenly the nozzle sprays. And about nozzle clogging. The HV mixer will deal with those troublesome parameters flexibly.
